How to Check Yourself
You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know. The road may not always be smooth, but growth rarely is. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Check yourself monthly, ideally a few days after your period.
Stand in front of a mirror with your arms at your sides. Look for any visible changes.
Raise your arms and look again.
Lie down and use your right hand to feel your left breast in small circular motions, covering the whole area. Swap sides.
Check your armpits too — lymph nodes are there.
If you notice anything unusual, see a doctor promptly. Early detection saves lives.
